And it should be done!!!

                                    Self-Introspection....

A word whose literal meaning is 'the examination of one's own thoughts, impressions, and feelings' and I am sure many of you might  be knowing this. The reason why I am writing about this is, it is one of the finest tool to shape your personality and your upcoming future!!
Self introspection in lay man's term is knowing your self, what you are,how you are and why you are like this. Its like talking to yourself, and see the reflection of your heart and your mind.Generally people find it a bit difficult while practicing it because it is not at all easy to do.For the ones who are reading this,I will tell you a very simple method of doing it then I will come to its importance and  how it actually helps the person!!
Well I very well know its not possible for everyone to spare time to sit alone in a dark room and think what actually they are but I am sure that one can do this.....before going to sleep, on your bed, close your eyes and make sure you are not disturbed by any sources specially your cell phone.Firstly Analise what all you have done in the entire day's schedule, was that your best or you could have done it a bit better.Think about each and every thing you did, specially ponder upon the things at which you felt you were not comfortable.Try to find the reason out of it, was that because of some emotional setback or some other problem....how could you work upon it,who are the one(people) who can help you in that and promise yourself that you would really work upon it!!! The main problem is that we are not actually aware about the problems we are facing...but self introspection would not only help you in discovering that but actually it is going to come up with a solution as well!!
Once you are done with your day's schedule, go back to your childhood memories.Start from the very beginning, your first achievement, the incident which made you feel guilty for the first time, your first crush, your first love or your first relationship, think as much as u can starting from your childhood to what you are now. This is just like knowing yourself, once you are in your thoughts, you will realize how changes have come in your life as well as in your personality. You will discover your strengths, your weakness, things that gives you pleasure and specially the incidents that changed your life.Try to discover the qualities which resides in yourself but they are not known to you.
It is not at all easy in the beginning I can assure you for that because once you at your bed,you are lost in your own imaginative dreams but if you make it a habit that even it is for just for 5 minutes a day but you promise yourself that you will surely do this because this is the only thing which you are doing for yourself, you will definitely have a control over what you are and what you should be.
We teenagers generally do the things,we feel is good for us but 'duniya me do chize hoti hai,
pehli jo hume ACHA lagti hai and dusra jo SAHI hoti hai!!!'.
We have been doing the things which gives us the happiness but we have to change this.We have to do what actually is equitable for us.This can only be done when you actually know yourself. This is the time where SELF-INTROSPECTION comes into play. You might stand out of 100s but I assure you,you would be on the safer side because you are knowing your strength, your weakness as well your inner soul.
I have been doing this from past 3-4 years and I know how remarkably it has helped me!!
Just for your sake, try this once and you will feel the difference.I found "my-self" in this process.I found a bold and cheerful DIVYANSHU VERMA out of a small cute looking guy!! Now I can write when ever and where ever I am asked to write,I can confidently speak in-front of people, no matter in how many number they are.I found my strengths and my weaknesses and I really found myself.
